IT's HERE! =]

I've been working on this post for way too long! BUT I wanted to get it just right! anyway, my canvas picture came! I'm so excited. It looks awesome but now I wish I had spent the money on the 14x16, or whatever is the next size up. Here's a picture of the picture LOL   Now in the honor of all the rain we've had here in Tucson lately, I thought I'd give a show of thanks to my wonderful Rain Boots or Galoshes! I bought these beauties for $5 at Kohl's on clearance about 4 years ago. Everyone thought I was crazy. Everyone has a pair! I guess I'm a trend setter =P They have come in handy many times. I even bought another pair but I always seem to wear these ones... Valentine's Day! I know this is a little past due but today was the first day I have been able to take pictures. For Valentine's Day, instead of receiving a bouquet of roses, I received this orchid plant. I have yet to re-pot it but I need to do so soon! This is a close up of one o

YAY more pictures!

I decided to procrastinate a little and give a little more information on each picture. I procrastinate best with messing with the blog and my pictures. I just wish I had more time to procrastinate ALL the time and just play. BUT School is not so kind to do so. ANYWAY, I'm only doing comments on the pictures that need comments, for example the sunset ones only get comments if I remember where it was taken. Enjoy! This is the Washington D.C. Latter Day Saints Temple. This is Autumnlea playing on a dirt pile that was at my parents house. The sunset was taken in, I believe, 2007, in West Tucson. This was taken in Steamboat Springs, CO at the Botanical Garden. Very beautiful place. This is Loki with my Dooney and Bourke. This is currently my desktop! This picture was produced out of boredom. I was waiting for the boyfriend to get out of class one day and I had no homework to do. All I had was a couple pens, the Arizona Daily Wildcat, and my camera. I drew this and started takin

First canvas print

I have always wanted to order one of my photos on a canvas print. So I did! I ordered this photo on an 11x14 canvas from Costco today. It should be here in the next week or so. I'm very excited to see what it looks like. I meant to order 8x11's when I ordered some other smaller prints but forgot about my picture frames...I guess I'll find another means of getting those. Here's to hoping this print looks great on canvas! =]

Framed Pictures

I bought four 8x11 picture frames at Michael's a couple weeks ago for some pictures I've been meaning to buy frames. Unfortunately the pictures I have don't fit in the frames, they're too big. SO I decided I am going to print four of my photos and put them in the frames and sell those. I have not decided on prices yet because I am unsure if I want to paint the frames or distress them more. I will post pictures of the complete products when I get the chance, this semester seems to be taking over a lot more than I expected. If there is something you would like to see framed or have ideas of things you would like to buy for yourself or a friend, email me to let me know, I will try me best to accommodate.
