HEEEEEELLLLLOOOOOOO

I have been meaning to update this thing for a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time! Last time I posted, I was on my way out of Tucson, on my way to San Diego or Phoenix. Well I think I've kept you all (probably only 1 person reads this) in suspense long enough! I ended up in San Diego! Took me 3 months to find a job but I'm still at the same place. I like it alright, I LOVE my coworkers! They are what keeps me there! Living in San Diego was great don't get me wrong but there was always something about it that was missing.

There were many adventures in San Diego and I was able to go many different others. Survived 2 summers of K in Houston doing internships. We had many adventures:

Phoenix

Maryland

 San Francisco

Yosemite

Drive Highway 1 (Pacific Coast Highway)

Houston

K was able to graduate with his PhD and landed a job in DENVER! Well technically Golden. We bought a house and we are LOOOOOOOVING it!!

This everywhere! The snow isn't as bad as i thought it would be, though supposedly it was a mild winter. I hope to keep my posting more regular with my adventures around Denver, Golden and the mountains. The mountains and wilderness have always been a BIG part of my heart and soul! I have always loved the words of one of the great backcountry men, John Muir, "The mountains are calling and I must go."

July?

When did that happen?!?! My life has been a chaos. Decided to leave my current job and find new employment in, wait for it.....San Diego! or Phoenix, where ever I can find a job first really. In that time I've be preparing to train the newbie for my job and get things organized so they aren't so hectic when I leave. I also had to plan for vacation time off. Then had to help the roomie pack up things and move. THEN it was July 1! ::shakes head:: Why does time never seem to be lapsing when you are young and then the older you get the faster the world spins? One theory I have is that we learn to tell time better every year we are alive and as a kid you don't have deadlines like adults. I'm grateful for the speedy days though when I work!

Photos! YAY!!!!

These are the pictures I decided to use for my first attempt at copyrighting stamps. The only way to avoid the 4 max picture right now is doing the slide show. If you have any questions, leave me a comment or email me. I will title the photos to more easily identify which one you may be asking about. Hope you enjoy!

FINALLY an update =]

I finally have a little time to sit down and make a new entry with some of the amazing photos I've taken with my graduation gift. An Update first, however. School is finally over and I have graduated from The University of Arizona with my Bachelor's of Science in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences with a minor in Special Education, Rehabilitation, and Educational Psychology.  I recently was hired on at a hospital as a Hearing Tech (or an Audiologist Assistant). I have only been there a few weeks but I really do enjoy the work I have learned so far. The Audiologist rock and I have the privilege of working along side a retired U of A professor two days a week. =] The pictures above and below are my graduation cap. I decorated it with stars and a 'T'. I Received a SLR Nikon for my graduation gift. I almost cried from happiness! I am ecstatic at the picture quality and the abilities it has with the lens that were bought with it. I have a regular le...
